I know what it feels like to not be able to get out of your own way. I unknowingly lived for years in a constant state of hyper-vigilance, reacting more than responding and completely unaware of the connection between my stress responses and my quality of life.
Upon being introduced to guided breathwork in 2021, I knew I had to share this amazing modality with as many people as possible as well as empower people with the knowledge of how they can completely shift their moods, health and wellbeing through breath.
Whether you want to work through stuck emotions, release trauma, increase your window of tolerance to stress, or just reduce stress and anxiety on a day to day basis, there’s a breathwork for it and I’d love to work with you.
Another way I help people is through my podcasts, Breaking Labels and Her Path to Purpose, where I have conversations with guests who have broken their own labels and limiting beliefs. My guests come from diverse backgrounds and have dealt with a myriad of labels and assumptions. My hope is that in each conversation, something will resonate with you and empower you in your journey.
